My stay at the hotel was incredibly convenient and efficient, especially coming from the airport. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was in good condition, clean, and well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, and a microwave. The service was outstanding, from the friendly check-in to the excellent accommodations made for our birthday celebration. The staff was also amazing in explaining the shuttle schedule and informing us about the early continental breakfast. The location was great, close to the airport, Boston, and Salem. Although it was a bit inconvenient to walk to a nearby restaurant, it was close enough to the airport. The dining experience was outstanding, with a variety of options for a complimentary breakfast.
